This call for for confidence came during the commissioners speech at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing, China. Keynotes during that speech highlighted that the the EU and China trade about 300 Billion Euro worth of goods on a annual basis and it could vastly increase with more cooperation.
